I just received 5 Captain Beefheart albums on 180 gram vinyl and damn do they sound good. I really is a shame that he never found a larger audience.

Well...Damn

I didn't make it to the show. It just wasn't in me tonight to drive to Atlanta and I am not sure why.  Maybe I have seen them enough. Maybe I need new inspiration from them. Maybe it is the knowledge that I'll get a download of the show tonight. Anyway, I missed it.

Well, I am getting ready to have one hell of a day in the car. I am riding to La Fayette, GA with Anna to pick up a dog for her dad and then I am heading to Atlanta afterwards. Today is the Flaming Lips show at Chastain Park!!!

Dawn of a new era

Well, it seems I have finally succumbed to the blogging masses and have created my own blog. I'm not quite sure when, or if, I will share this to the world, but what the hell.

Anyway, I must decide how I want this to take shape. I feel sure that, much like my own thoughts, it will vacillate greatly between topics and postings, but hey, this is for me, right?!
